<br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of' Redwood City, <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, that the City <br /> <br />Attorney be and he is hereby authorized and directed to file <br /> <br />a formal complaint with the Railroad Commission of the state <br /> <br />of California against the Pacific Gas and Electric Company <br /> <br />requesting an adjustment of the amount charged said City for <br />furnishing electricity for street lighting from July 1, 1928, <br />to date. <br /> <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said Council that the <br /> <br />Mayor of said City be and he is 'hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />as the executive of said City to sign said formal complaint to <br /> <br />be presented to the Railroad Commission of the State of Califor- <br /> <br />nia. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwocd <br /> <br />City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of <br />November, 1929, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes and in favor o~}he pa~sage of the foregoing res~ <br /> <br />lution, Councilmen: Z.
