<br />RESOLVED, that whereas. the Board of Supervisors of the County
<br />
<br />
<br />of San Mateo, State of California, intends and proposes to institute
<br />
<br />prooeedings under and pursuant to the provisio,ns of that oertain
<br />
<br />Aot of the Legislature of the State of California known and designated
<br />
<br />i;

<br />as the "County Improvement Aot of 1921" approved June 3rd, '1921, and
<br />
<br />amendments thereto, for the purpose of ordering oertain work and
<br />
<br />improvements to be done and made, as fOllows, to-wit: the oonstruction
<br />
<br />of sanitary sewers upon the following streets in the City of Redwood
<br />
<br />City, to-wit: Woodside Road from the southerly limits of Redwood City
<br />
<br />to Rutherford Avenue; Charter street from Hanoock street. to the
<br />
<br />northeast line of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company's main line
<br />
<br />right of way; Charter Street from the Middlefield Road to the northeast
<br />
<br />end of Charter street; and El Camino Real from the easterly limits
<br />
<br />of Redwood City to Charter street.

<br />NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Redwood City does resolve
<br />
<br />as follows, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Seotion 1. The City of Redwood City and the Counoil of said City
<br />hereby oonsents to the use by the Board of Supervisors of the County
<br />of San Mateo, state of California, of the portions of the Woodside
<br />Road" Charter street and El Camino Real hereinbefore described herein
<br />for the construction and maintenanoe of said sanitary sewers.
<br />Section 2. The Clerk of said City of Redwood City is hereby
<br />instructed to transmit a certified oopy of this Resolution to the
<br />Board of Supervisors of said County of San Mateo.
<br />r hereby oertify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
<br />regularly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood
<br />City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of March,
<br />
<br />1930, by the following vote: .
