DES:djk 05/30/95 (069/28) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 6/5/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12484 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> COMPREHENSIVE STREET TREE MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br /> 1995-1996; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT <br /> FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents and specifications for the <br />Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project 1995-1996 have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br />for the Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project - 1995 - <br />1996", prepared by the Public Works Services Director, a copy of <br />which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said services and <br />supplies as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
