D~$:djk 05/25/95R (#19) <br /> k_3:djk 06/05/95R <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 6/5/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12483 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SUBMITTAL DATE FOR PROPOSED <br /> BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995-96, SETTING TIME AND PLACE <br /> FOR HEARING THEREON, AND ESTABLISHING DATE OF ADOPTION <br /> OF THE FINAL BUDGET FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of the Charter <br />of the City of Redwood City, June 15, 1995, is hereby established <br />as the date by which the proposed budget for 1995-96 fiscal year <br />shall be submitted to this Council by the City Manager. <br /> <br /> 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51.5 of the <br />Charter of the City of Redwood City, August 14, 1995, at 7:30 <br />o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, <br />at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and <br />Records, 401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, California, is hereby <br />set as the time and place for public hearing on the budget for <br />fiscal year 1995-96; said date is hereby established as the date <br />of introduction for the ordinance adopting said budget; and <br />August 28, 1995, is hereby established as the date of final <br />adoption of said ordinance. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause notice to be published of the availability for inspection <br />of copies of the proposed budget, and stating the time and place <br />at which the Council will hold a public hearing thereon in <br />accordance with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
