DES:~k 05/25/95 (122/39) <br /> <br /> ~- 0 R I G I N A L - 6/5/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12482 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATORY REVIEW FOR THE <br /> REDWOOD SHORES LEVEE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> (HUFFMAN & ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to .improve the <br />Redwood Shores Exterior Levee in the City of Redwood City (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />environmental regulatory review services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Huffman & Associates, Inc. of Larkspur, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement Environmental <br />Regulatory Review Services - Redwood Shores Levee Improvement <br />Project" (form dated 05/25/95), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br />and Huffman & Associates, Inc. of Larkspur, California, for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
