5/14/01 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14221 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 561 UNDER MASTER <br />AGREEMENT FOR STATE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECTS (STIP) FOR ROOSEVELT AVENUE <br />RECONSTRUCTION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City entered into a Master Agreement <br />with the California Department of Transportation for State Transportation <br />Improvement Projects (STIP) Funding effective as of March 27, 2001 (the <br />"Master Agreement'); and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article I of the <br />Master Agreement, this Council desires to enter into a Program Supplement for <br />the funding of repairs to, and rehabilitation of, portions of Roosevelt Avenue in <br />the City of Redwood City (the `Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, Program Supplement No 561 allocates funds for construction <br />engineering for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
