KIWANIS CLUB AND REGULATING USE <br /> OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (CARNIVAL) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to the Woodside Terrace <br />A.M. Kiwanis Club for the use of certain public rights-of-way in <br />connection with the Woodside Terrace A.M. Kiwanis Club Carnival <br />beginning Friday, June 30, 1995, 6:00 p.m., through Tuesday, July <br />5, 1995, 5:00 a.m., in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby <br />approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way described <br />therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, <br />and the Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed to <br />issue said permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
