DES:djk 05/22/95 (121/39) <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> 6/5/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12480 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> PURCHASE DOCUMENTS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THREE (3) <br /> POWER MACINTOSH COMPUTERS FOR DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, <br /> RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were <br />solicited for the purchase of three (3) Power Macintosh Computers <br />for the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services of <br />the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation three bids were <br />received; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Computer Attic of Redwood City, California is the <br />lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of <br /> <br />this Board to accept the bid of said Computer Attic; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of Computer Attic for the sale of three (3) <br />Power Macintosh computers to the City of Redwood City in the <br />amount of Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred Eleven and 36/100 <br />Dollars ($16,711.36) in accordance with said bidder's proposal <br />dated May 16, 1995, is hereby accepted, and said bidder is hereby <br />declared to be the lowest responsible bidder in response to <br />solicitation for bids without advertisement for said purchase. <br /> <br /> 2. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of <br />Computer Attic is, and each of them are, hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute such purchase orders or other purchase documents (in form <br />approved by the City Attorney) to effectuate the purchase <br />approved hereby. <br /> <br /> <br />
