FXS:dft 5/17/95 (005/40) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 5/22/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12478 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/GENERAL CONTRACTOR <br /> SERVICE - NEW CITY HALL PROJECT <br /> <br /> (RUDOLPH & SLETTEN, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a <br />new City Hall in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional construction management/general contractor services; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Rudolph & Sletten, Inc., of Foster City, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Professional <br />Construction Management and General Contractor Services New <br />City Hall Project" (form dated 05/17/95R), by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and Rudolph & Sletten, Inc., for the performance of <br />the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved <br />and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
