FXS :df~ 5/10/95 (055/38) <br /> <br /> -~ 0 R I G I N A L -- 5/22/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12473 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO ESTABLISHING SAN <br /> MATEO COUNTY AS THE ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER PROGRAM <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Establishing San <br />Mateo County As The Administrator For The First-Time Homebuyer <br />Program", by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and the County of San <br />Mateo, a political subdivision of the State of California, a copy <br />of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
