FXS :df~ ~/17/95 (006/40) <br /> <br /> - ~-R I G I N A L <br /> 5/22/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12470 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LABOR <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> (CONTRACTORS LABOR POOL, INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement dated January 17, 1995 entitled, <br />"Labor Agreement", by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Contractors <br />Labor Pool, Inc., a copy of which agreement is attached hereto, <br />marked Exhibit "A" and by this reference incorporated herein, <br />providing for the procurement of temporary construction workers, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit <br />"A" and/or such other appropriate documents to effectuate the <br />purpose of said agreement (in form approved by the City <br />Attorney). <br /> <br /> <br />
