DES:dj 05/09/95 (019/37) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 5/22/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12468 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> 1995-1996 COST SHARED SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the 1995-1996 Cost Shared <br />Sidewalk Repair Project, Redwood City, California, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br />for the 1995-1996 Cost Shared Sidewalk Repair Project - City of <br />Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of <br />Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
