DES:djk 0''26/95 (109/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 5/15/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12463 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO TO PROVIDE AN <br /> INFORMATION AND REFERRAL PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS <br /> 1994-1995 AND 1995-1996 <br /> <br /> (FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement With the <br />City of Redwood City, Fair Oaks Community Center for Human <br />Services Programs", by and between the County of San Mateo <br />and the City of Redwood City, pursuant to which said County <br />shall provide funding for, and the City shall furnish, an <br />information and referral program by and through the City's <br />Fair Oaks Community Center, for fiscal years July 1, 1994 - <br />June 30, 1996, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is made <br />for the full particulars thereof, is, and each of them are, <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
