ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a wetland <br />creation and enhancement project in the City of Redwood City (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional landscape architectural design services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ralph J. Alexander & Associates of Mill Valley, <br />California represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services <br /> <br />required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Landscape Architectural Design Services Redwood Creek Wetland <br />Creation and Enhancement Project" (form dated 05/08/95R), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California and Ralph J. Alexander & Associates of Mill <br />Valley, California, for the performance of the above-mentioned <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager <br />and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and <br />to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
