DES:djk ~5/09/95 (116/39) <br /> <br /> 0--R I G i N A L 5/15/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12461 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR STRUCTURAL DESIGN REVIEW FOR THE <br /> JEFFERSON AVENUE UNDERPASS PROJECT <br /> <br /> (WINZLER & KELLY, CONSULTING ENGINEERS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct an <br />underpass on Jefferson Avenue in the City of Redwood City (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Winzler & Kelly, Consulting Engineers of San <br />Francisco, California represents that it is qualified on the <br />basis of experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid <br /> <br />services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Consulting Engineering Services - Structural Design Review for <br />the Jefferson Avenue Underpass Project" (form dated 05/09/95), by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California and Winzler & Kelly, Consulting Engineers <br />of San Francisco, California, for the performance of the <br />above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
