States Congress to enact the same <br /> <br />. into law, and be it further resolved that the City Clerk of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City be hereby directed. to forward a copy of ~hisresolution to <br /> <br />President Franklin D. Roosevelt, Senator Hiram W. Johnson, and. Represen- <br /> <br />tative John J.
