<br />. I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING NUISANCE NO. B-1. <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the COlmcil of the City of Redwood City that whereas, <br />certain weeds are growing in the City of Redwood City upon all of the <br />sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways in said city <br />and upon all the lots and property in said city, which weeds are of a <br />kind which bear seeds of a wingy or dovmy nature and will attain such <br />large growth as to become a fire menace when dry; and whereas, said <br />weeds constitute a public nuisance. <br />NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the said weeds qo now <br />constitute and will continue to constitute a public nuisance and it is <br />hereby ordered that the public nuisance be abated in the manner pro- <br />vided by Ordinance No. 333 of the City of Redwood City, passed and . <br />adopted on the 14th day of March, 1932, which ordinance is now on file <br />in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City and to which <br />reference is hereby made and the same is made a part hereof. <br />The sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways <br />upon which, and the lots and property upon which such nuisance exists, <br />are all the sidewalks, streets, 9-venues, ~oads, boulevards and high- <br />ways and all the lots and prope~ty in said City of Redwood City and <br />all the lots and property fronting upon the sidewalks, streets, avenues, <br />roads, boulevards and highways in said City of Redwood City. <br />The Superintendent of streets of the City of Redwood City is <br />hereby directed to give the notice required by said ordinance, ~nd he <br />shall cause said notices to be immediately posted in front of the pro- <br />perty, as designated in this resolution. <br />That Monday, the 6th day of May, 1935, at the hour of 8:00 <br />o'clock p. m. of said day, at the meeting place of the Council of said <br />City of Redwood City, in the Council Chamber in the Firehouse on Middle- <br />field Road in said City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the day, hour and place <br />when objections to the removal of such weeds will be heard and given <br />
