rJ RESOLUTION CLOSING AND VACATING IVY STREET IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Redwood City did on the 1st day of October, 1928, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. K-ll to order that Ivy Street in the Town of Redwood City from the southerly line of Broadway and northeasterly line of Hilton Street extended northwesterly across said Ivy Street be closed and vacated as a public street and highway; and WHEREAS, a notice of the passage of said Resolution of Intention was duly published as required by law in the Redwood City Tribune on October 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 30, 31 and November 1, 1928, as appears from the affidavit of Sam H. Winklebleck now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, it appears that the last day of publication was the 1st day of November, 1928; and WHEREAS, the Street Superindendent of the Town of Redwood City did duly post notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention entitled "Notice of Public Works" along the line of the work and improvement to be done as described in said Resolution of Intention as appears from the affidavit of C. L. Dimmitt, Street Superintendent, now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, within the time allowed by law no protests of any kind were made against the work and improvements of closing Ivy Street as de- scribed in said Resolution of Intention No. K-ll hereinbefore referred to herein, and said Council of the City of Redwood City now having acquired jurisdiction thereon; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that Ivy street in the City of Redwood City from the southerly line of Broadway and northeasterly line of Hilton Street extended northwesterly across said Ivy Street be and the same is hereby closed and vacated as a public street and highway.
