~~4 RESOLUTION DECLARING NUISMJCE NO. S-l. RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that whereas, certain weeds are growing in the City of Redwood City upon all of the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways in said city and upon all the lots and property in said city, wbich weeds are of a kind wInch bear seeds of a wingy or do~my nature and will attain such large growth as to become a fire menace when dry; and whereas, said weeds constitute a public nuisance. NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the said weeds do now constitute and will continue to constitute a public nuisance and it is hereby ordered that the public nuisance be abated in the manner pro- vided by Ordinffilce No. 333 of the City of Redwood City, passed and adopted on the 14th day of March, 1932, which ordinance is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City and to which reference is hereby made and the same is made a part hereof. The sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways upon wrdch, and the lots and property upon which such nuisance exists, are all the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways and all lots and property in said City of Redwood City and all the lots and property fronting upon the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways in said City of Redwood City. The Superintendent of Streets of the City of Redwood City is hereby directed to give the notice required by said ordinance, and he shall cause said notices to be immediately posted in front of the property, as designated in this resolution. That Monday, the 20th day of April, 1936, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. of said day, at the meeting place of the Council of said City of Redwood City, in the Council Chamber in the Firehouse on Middle- field Road in said City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, be fu,d the same is hereby fixed as the day, hour and place
