DI~mMITT, being first duly sworn, <br /> <br />deposes and says: that he is now and was during all the times herein <br /> <br />mentioned the duly appointed, qualified and acting Street Superintendent <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, county and state aforesaid. <br /> <br />-:-1-6 ....... A <br />That on the-LS- day of ~ , 1937, the Council of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City passed Resolution Declaring Nuisance No. 1937-2 <br /> <br />declaring that noxious or dangerous weeds were growing upon all the side- <br /> <br /> <br />walks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways in said city, and <br /> <br />upon all of the lots and property in said city which weeds are of a kind <br /> <br />which bear seeds of a wingy or do~my nature and will attain such large <br /> <br />growth as to become a fire menace when dry, and that said weeds constitute <br /> <br />a public nuis~~ce. <br /> <br />That after the passage of said Resolution Declaring Nuisance No. <br /> <br />1937-2 he caused to be conspicuously posted along all the sidewalks, streets <br /> <br />avenues, roads, boulevards and highways in said city upon which said noxious <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />or dangerous weeds are growing, and in front of all private property upon <br />which such weeds are growing, at not more than one hundred (190) feet in <br />distance apart, notices entitled "NOTICE TO DESTROY WEEDS", a copy of said <br /> <br />notices so posted as aforesaid is annexed hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> <br />That the posting of said notices was completed on the ~~day of <br /> <br /> <br />~L_, 1937. <br /> <br />stree~ sZe~~e <br /> <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />City of <br /> <br />Subscribe9_and sworn to before me <br />this /~~ day of April, 1937. <br /> <br />
