<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />R~SOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the City <br /> <br /> <br />Treasurer be, and he is hereby authorized to transfer, from the General <br /> <br /> <br />Improvement Fund of 1937 commonly known as the 1915 Act Investment Fund, <br /> <br /> <br />the sum of $5,000 to the 1915 REAL ESTATE FU1m, which fund is to reflect the <br /> <br /> <br />costs of the acq:uisition and the returns from the sale of property by the <br /> <br /> <br />Ci t~r . <br /> <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a <br /> <br /> <br />regular meeting thereof, held on the 6th day of December, 1937, by the <br /> <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />~ves and in favor of the foregoing resolution, Councilmen, <br /> <br />____~..C.
