<br />RE SOL UTI 0 N <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the City <br /> <br />Manager be and he is hereby authorized and directed to take the necessary <br /> <br />steps to file a petition and such other necessary papers with the Board of <br /> <br />Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, requesting <br /> <br />the cancellation of the second installment of taxes for the year 1939-1940 <br />amounting to nineteen dollars four cents ($19.04) upon Lot 6 as shown on <br /> <br />the map of resubdivision of Redwood City Harbor Company's lands of record <br /> <br />in the Recorder's office of the County of San Mateo, State of California, <br /> <br />said property being owned by the City of Redwood City and in use at the <br />Port of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of theCity of Redwood City at <br />a regular meeting thereof held on the 1st day of April, 1940, by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution: <br /> <br />Councilmen H.F.
