<br />\}, <br /> <br />..\ <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that whereas <br /> <br />said city is the ovmer of an easement or right of way for all public pur- <br />poses and public utility purposes over and across the following described <br />property in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of Califor- <br /> <br />nia, to-wit: <br /> <br />The northwesterly 41.0 feet of Lot 13 as said lot is shown on that <br />certain map entitled "Wooster, Whitton & Montgomery Subdivision of a Part <br />of the Redwood Farm, filed July 9, 1902 in Book E of Maps at page 3, Records <br />of San Mateo County, State of California, lying southerly of the City and <br />County of San Francisco's Hetch-Hetchy right of way. <br /> <br />to be needed by said city for street purposes and hereby dedicates said <br />property for street purposes to be and become a portion of Vera Avenue in <br /> <br />said City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a <br /> <br />t., <br /> <br />regular meeting thereof held on ths <br /> <br />n . <br />LflC. <br /> <br />day of December <br /> <br />, 1940, <br /> <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution: <br /> <br />Councilmen E.
