R E S O L U T I O N <br /> RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood City that <br /> all warrants of the City of Redwood City for the payment of money, ex- <br /> cepting those of the Public Library and the Port Commission, when the <br /> claims are allowed and approved by the City Council shall be signed by <br /> the City Manager and City Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Redwood City. <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this <br /> resolution shall be delivered to such banks as the City may have any <br /> of its funds deposited in. <br /> Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 31st day of March, <br /> 1941, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution: <br /> Councilmen L.C.Christensen , E.A.
