P- 1407 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE OF COMPANIA MINERA HUAJICARI, S.A. <br />de C.V. AND PACIFIC BASIN RESOURCES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Redwood City, acting by and through its <br /> <br />Board of Port Commissioners ("Port") entered into a lease <br /> <br />agreement on February 10, 1993, <br /> <br />(the "Lease") with Compania <br /> <br />Minera Huajicari, S.A. de C.V. and Pacific Basin Resources (the <br /> <br />"Lessee") "and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lessee desires to assign said lease to Pacific <br /> <br />Coast Building Products, Inc., ("Assignee"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lessee must obtain Port authorization and approval <br /> <br />for the assignment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT -RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Board hereby approves the assignment of lease by <br /> <br />Lessee to Assignee. <br /> <br />2.
