P- 1409 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE WATER <br />LINE RELOCATION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZ ING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Water Line Relocation <br /> <br />Proj ect at the Port of Redwood City, Redwood City California, <br /> <br />have been presented to and reviewed by the Board of Port <br /> <br />Commissioners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Board desires to signify its approval thereof <br />and authorize and direct the Port Manager to advertise for bids <br />for the work therein described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br /> <br />Documents for the Water Line Relocation Project, Port of Redwood <br /> <br />City, Redwood City, California", which documents are on file in <br /> <br />the office of the Port Manager are hereby approved. <br />2.
