P- 1415 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE YACHT <br />HARBOR DOCKS A, B, C, D & E RAMPS AND ENTRANCE <br />REPLACEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Yacht Harbor Docks A, B, <br /> <br />C, D & E Ramps and Entrance Replacement Project at the Port of <br /> <br />Redwood City, Redwood City California, have been presented to and <br /> <br />reviewed by the Board of Port Commissioners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Board desires to signify its approval thereof <br />and authorize and direct the Port Manager to advertise for bids <br />for the work therein described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COM:MISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br /> <br />Documents for the Yacht Harbor Docks A, B, C, D & E Ramps and <br />Entrance Replacement Project, Port of Redwood City, Redwood City, <br />California", which documents are on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Port Manager are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Port Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the' performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br />
