P- 1416 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SITE EVALUATION <br /> <br />(FAILURE ANALYSIS ASSOCIATES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Port of Redwood City requires expert consulting <br /> <br />services to provide an evaluation of materials located on <br /> <br />property leased by the Port of Redwood City to Pilot Petroleum <br /> <br />Corporation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Failure Analysis Associates represents that it is <br /> <br />qualified to provide such evaluation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT CO:MMISSIONERS OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain letter agreement date_d December 3, 1993, <br /> <br />to the Office of Port Attorney, Port of Redwood City, from <br /> <br />Failure Analysis Associates, Inc., Menlo Park, California, for <br /> <br />the performance of consulting services relating to a site <br /> <br />evaluation of properties leased by the Port of Redwood City to <br /> <br />Pilot Petroleum Corporation, a copy of which letter agreement is <br /> <br />attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein is hereby approved and ratified and the Port <br /> <br />Executive Director (Manager) is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />_ __ _ _ _ _ ~ _ _ _ ~.-l 1 _ -'- -'- ~ <br />
