P - <br /> <br />------ <br /> <br />1420 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE YACHT <br />HARBOR GLASS GATE HOUSES PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING <br />AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Yacht Harbor <br /> <br />Glass Gate Houses Project at the Port of Redwood City, <br /> <br />Redwood City California, have been presented to and <br /> <br />reviewed by the Board of Port Commissioners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Board desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize and direct the Port Manager to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the work therein described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled <br /> <br />"Contract Documents for the Yacht Harbor Glass Gate <br /> <br />Houses Project, Port of Redwood City, Redwood City, <br /> <br />California," \vhich documents are on file in the office <br /> <br />of the Port Manager are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Port Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to advertise for bids for the performance <br /> <br />of the 1fork of improvement hereinabove described. <br />
