P-1422 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE YACHT HARBOR GLASS <br />GATE HOUSES PROJECT; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY <br />DEPOSITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> <br />P-1420, adopted <br /> <br />February 23, 1994, the Port Manager advertised for bids for the <br /> <br />Yacht Harbor Glass Gate Houses Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, one (1) bid was <br /> <br />received fot the performance of said work and filed with the Port <br /> <br />Manager; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, M. B. Construction, Inc., of Orinda, California is <br /> <br />the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire <br /> <br />of this Commission to award said bid to M. B. Construction, Inc. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of M. B. Construction, Inc., consisting of the <br /> <br />bid designated "Proposal", in the amount of Twenty Nine Thousand <br /> <br />Nine Hundred and Ninety Five Dollars and No/lOO ($29,995.00), <br /> <br />computed in accordance with said bidder's proposal dated March 2, <br />1994, for the Yacht Harbor Glass Gate Houses Project, is hereby <br />accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the <br />
