5/21/01 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14232 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT <br />TO WOODSIDE TERRACE A.M. KIWANIS CLUB AND <br />REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS -OF -WAY IN <br />CONNECTION THEREWITH <br />(CARNIVAL) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain letter permit issued to the Woodside Terrace A.M. Kiwanis <br />Club for the use of certain public rights -of -way in connection with the Woodside <br />Terrace A.M. Kiwanis Club Carnival beginning with set -up on Friday, June 29, <br />2001, 6:00 p.m., through site clearance on Thursday, July 5, 2001, 5:00 a.m., in <br />the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights -of -way described <br />therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the <br />Chief of Police is hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br />Reso -891 1 <br />Shared /Redwood /Council <br />DES:djk <br />05/11/01 <br />
