( 'I, j .11 ~;., . /, /f ,.' .......... . ,_, ._.c "}"'~ RES 0 L UTI 0 N RESOLVEID that the subdivision resolution, a.dopted by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City on the 8th day of June, 1943, be and the same is hereby amended in the following particulars: Paragraph (c) of Subd. 1. SEC. 11 thereof pertaining to subdivision regulations be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto at the end thereof the following provision: Signs shall be erected, or painted on the curbs, at each intersection of all streets and thoroughfares which shall conform to a uniform plan of street signs when adopted, or, in the absence thereof shall be in such character and position as shall have the approval of the City Engineer of said city. Such signs must be erected, or painted, within one month after the com- pletion of all street improvements, as required in SEC. 12 hereof. That Paragraph (e) of Subd. I of SEC. 11 thereof per- taining to subdivision regulations be and the same is hereby amended so that the last sentence thereof shall read as follows: In cases in which alleys are not provided, ease- ments for public utilities shall be required along the rear of lots or elsewhere or in both cases if necessary.
