<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO 0 113 <br /> <br />DECLARING WEEDS A NUISANCE <br />AND ORDERING THEIR REMOVAL. <br /> <br />RESOLVID .by the Council of the C1 ty of Redwood C1 ty <br />that whereas certain. weeds are growing in the City of Redwood <br />C.i ty upon all of the s idewa.lks, streets , avenues, roads, <br />bou1evards~ and highways in said ci ty and upon all the lots <br />and property in said city, which weeds are of a kind which <br />bear seeds of a wlngy or downy nature and will attain such <br />large growth as to become a fire menace when dry; and whereas <br />said weeds constitute a public nuisance~ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the said <br />weeds- do now constitute and will continue to constitute a <br />public nuisance and it is hereby ordered that the s a.id public. <br />nuisance be abated in the manner provided by Ordinance No. 33~ <br />of the City of Redwood City, passed and adopted qn the 14th <br />day of March, 1932, which ordinance is now on file in the of- <br />fice of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City and to which <br />ordinance reference is hereby made and the same is made a part <br />hereof; <br /> <br />The sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards <br />and highways upon which, and the lots and property upon which <br />such nuisance exists, are all the sidewalks, streets, avenues, <br />roads, boulevards and highways and all the lots and property in <br />said City of Redwood City and all the lots and property front- <br />ing upon any sidewalk,' street, avenue, road, boulevard or high- <br />way in said City of Redwood City; <br />The Superintendent of streets of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby directed to give the notice required by said <br />ordinance, and he shall cause notice to be immediately posted <br />in front of the property, as designated in this resolution; <br />And Monday, the 17th day of April, 1944, at the hour <br /> <br />-1.. <br />
