<br />{~ <br /> <br />" <br /> <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. <br /> <br />126 <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City that whereas L. M. DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of <br />the said City of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance <br /> <br />Noo 303, post a notice to abate nuisance upon the real <br /> <br />property situated in said city, County of San Mateo, State <br />of California, and particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, and 3 in Block 1, as shown <br />and delineated on that certain map entitled, <br />"Map of the Reese - Subdivision of a part of <br />the Redwood Farrott, which was filed in the of- <br />fice of the County Recorder of the County of <br />San Mateo, state of California, on March 22, <br />1 '905, in Book "Bn of Maps , at page 5, <br /> <br />and did send a copy of said notice, so posted, by registered <br />mail, postage prepaid, to the owner of said real property, <br />as said owner is listed upon the books of the City Assessor <br /> <br />of said City of Redwood City, to wit: PIERRE CASAURANG, at <br /> <br />318 Emerson Street, Palo Alto, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in and by said notice to abate nuisance <br />said Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix <br />Monday the 5th day of June, 1944, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock <br />P. Mo of said day at the Council Chambers in the City Hall <br />on Middlefield Road in said City of Redwood City, as the time <br /> <br />and place when the owner of the building situated upon said <br /> <br />real property could appear and be heard and show cause why <br />said building should not be condemned as a public nuisance <br /> <br />and abated by reconstructing or properly repairing said build~ <br /> <br />ing or by razing or removing the same; and <br /> <br />WlffiREAS, said Council did proceed with said hearing <br />and after considering all objections made and received does <br /> <br />-1- <br />
