FOR aTBR <br />PIPE LINE UNDER SPUR TRACK. <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City that said city enter into a license agreement with <br /> <br />Southern Pacific Company, a corporation, for a license from <br /> <br />said corporation to said city to construct, maintain and <br />operate a one and one-half inch pipe line encased in a two <br /> <br />inch casing pipe for conveying water under the spur track <br /> <br />of said corporation in Harbor Boulevard; and that the City <br /> <br />Manager and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized <br /> <br />to execute a written agreement therefor in accordance with <br /> <br />the form submitted by said corporation, 'and to pay the con- <br />sideration therefor of $5.00 for and on behalf of said city. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of <br />August, 1944, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in. favor of the adoption of the foregoing <br /> <br />resolution :. <br /> <br />Councilmen:' H.
