/ ~- RES 0 L UTI 0 N ------------ '\ RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that whereas L. M. DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the said City of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance Noo 303, post a notice to abate nuisance upon the herein~ after described real property and did send a copy of said " notice, so posted, by registered mail, postage prepaid, to the owners of said hereinafter described real property, as said owners are listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City of Redwood City; and ~~EREAS, in and by said notice to abate nuisance said Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday the 18th day of October, 1943, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. of said day at the Council Chamber in the City Hall on Middlefield Road in said City of Redwood City, as the time and place when the owners of the buildings and structures situated upon said hereinafter described re~l property could appear and be heard and show cause why said buildings and structures should not be condemned as a public nuisance and abated by reconstructing or properly repairing said buildings and structures or by razing or removing the same; and WHEREAS said hearing was postponed at the request of Olive Koempe1, one of said owners, to the regular meeting of the City Council on the 1st day of November, 1943, at 8:00 o'clock p. M. in said Council Chamber; and WHEREAS, said Council did proceed with said hearing and after considering all objections made and received does determine that due and legal notice of said hearing was given as required by the ordinances of the City of Redwood City as appears from the affidavit of L. M. DUNCAN on file in the office of the City Clerk; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the -1-
