<br /> <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. <br /> <br />151 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING A QUIT CLAIM DElID <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Red- <br />wood City that said Council, for and on behalf of said city, <br />authorize the granting of a quit claim deed from said city <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />SAN MATEO COUNTY TITLE COMPANY, <br />a corporation, <br /> <br />of all that real property situated in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, County of San Mateo, state of California, and particu- <br />larly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 21 in Block 18, as' ShO'IJID and <br />delineated on that certain map entitled: <br />"Map N6. 2 of Central Park Redwood City . <br />San Mateo Countyfl, which was f i1ed in the <br />office of the County Recorder of said county <br />and state on July 20, 1912 in Book 8 of Maps <br />at pages 15 and 16, <br /> <br />in consideration of the sum of THIRTEEN HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN' <br />and 07/100 ($1397.07) DOLLARS received from 'the sale of <br /> <br />said property by Ralph MacArthur, County Tax Collector of <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo, said state, a s the pro rata of the <br /> <br /> <br />Ci ty of Redwood Ci ty for delinquent t axes-; and a ssessments. on <br /> <br />said property; and <br /> <br />RESOLVED that said Council further directs that <br /> <br />ROBERT W.
