<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. 159 <br /> <br />APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM "SPECIAL FUND FOR <br />POST WAR CAPITAL PROJECTS t1 FOR CERTAIN PROJECTS. <br /> <br />RESOLVED that the sums hereinafter stated be and <br />they are hereby appropriated from the "Special Fund for Post <br />War Capital Projectsft for engineering, surveys, plans, <br />archi tectural and othel" professional services, and/or pur- <br />chase of materials and land, preliminary to the acquisition <br />and construction of the following projects, for which <br />$998,000. of general obligation bonda were approyed at the <br />general election on November 7, 1944; that as and when <br />funds from the sale of the appropriate series of said <br />general obligation bonds are available an amount of such <br />bond funda equal to the expenditures for such engineering, <br />surveys, plans, architectural and other professional ser- <br />vices, and/or purchase of materials and land be allocated <br />from such bond funds for the reimbursement of such ftSpecial <br />Fund for Post War Capital Projectstt: <br />$4,250. for such preliminary work" serviceS' and <br />expendi tures for the sewage treatment plant and sewers;. <br />$3,250. for such preliminary work, service~ and <br />expenditures for park and playground improvements and <br />community recreation center. <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and <br />adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regu- <br />lar meeting thereof held on the 5th day of February, 1945, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage and a doption of <br />the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen~ ARMSTRONG, BRITSCHGI, FLETCHER, <br />GRANGER, McNULTY, HILTON. <br />Noes and against the passage and a doption of the <br /> <br />-1- <br />
