ORIGMAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14228 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR USE OF CERTAIN CITY -OWNED <br />REAL PROPERTY (FORMER SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT <br />SITE — DEALER PARKING GROUP) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit to Use <br />Space (Former Sewage Treatment Plant Site — Dealer Parking Group)" (form <br />dated 05/14/01), pursuant to which Carlsen Subaru, Carlsen Porsche, Toyota <br />101 and Boardwalk Motors, subject to certain terms and conditions, are hereby <br />granted permission to occupy and use a portion of that certain City -owned real <br />property depicted and described on Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by <br />this reference incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the City Manager <br />and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said permit substantially in the form of Exhibit A, for and on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />5/2X/01 <br />Reso -1154 <br />Shared /Redwood /Council <br />FXS:djk <br />05/14/01 <br />
