~JJ~ (1fl RES 0 L U.T ION NO. 210 AUTHORIZING OONDJ3;11NATION OP IJ~NDS IN FEE POR MTJNICIPAL COMlv11Ji<[ITY CENTER AND RECREAI~PIONAL PARK RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood Clty that it finds and determines and hereby declares: IThat public interest and necessity require the acquisi- tion, construction and c-ompletion by the City of Hedwood City of a public improvement, namely, a mlulicipal community center and recreational park in those certain lands hereinafter in this resol- ution described; That the use of all of said lands for said municipal com- m1L11.ity center and recreat:lional park is a public use authorized by law; That the taking of said lands in fee is necessary to and for such public use, and that it is necessary that all of said lands be so taken; That said proposed municipal commlli~ity center and recrea- tional park is planned and located in a manner which will be most compatible with the greatest public good and the least private in- jury; FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager of this city be and he is hereby authorized and empowered: To acquire, in fee, in the name of this city, the said hereinafter described lands by condenmation in accordance with the provisioj;l.s of the Code of Ci viI Procedure of tl16 Sta te of Calif- ornia relating to eminent domain; to prepare Rnd prosecute in the name of this city such suit or suits in the proper court having jurisdiction tnerein as are necessary to condemn said lands in fee for said use; To make an application to said court for an order fixing the amount or amoun ts of sU.ch securi ty Ain the way of money deposi ts . . 1.
