<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 229 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DIAGRAM OF ASSESSMENT <br />UNDE~R RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1945-1, AND DESIGNATING NEWS- <br />PAPER FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF' FILING ASSESSMENT AND TIME <br />FIXED FOR HEARING THEREON. <br /> <br />RESOLVEID by the Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, state of California, that the diagram of <br /> <br />the assessment <br /> <br />under Resolution of Intention No. <br /> <br />1945-1, passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Red- <br /> <br />wood City on the 19th day of March, 1945, as said diagram has <br />been prepared by R. J. Clarke, Acting City Engineer of said City <br />of Redwood City, and submitted this 17th day of September, 1945, <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby adopted as the diagram of the assess- <br /> <br />ment <br /> <br />for the work described in said Reso1ution'of~ <br /> <br />Intention No. 1945-1, which Resolution of Intention No. 1945-1 <br /> <br />is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />.City, and to which reference is hereby made for a description of <br />the work herein referred to; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEID:: by the Council of the Oi ty of <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California, that the <br />Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and <br /> <br />circulated in said City of Redwood City, be and the same is here- <br /> <br />by designated as the newspaper in which to publish the t~otice <br /> <br /> <br />of Filing Street Assessment and of Time Fixed for Hearing <br /> <br /> <br />Thereon If fOl'" work done under said Resolution of Intention No. <br /> <br />1945-1 of said Council hereinabove referred to. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day <br />of September, 1945, by the following vote: <br /> <br />1. <br />
