<br />RES 0 LU T ION <br /> <br />NO. 2..3 Lf <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING A DEED PROM THE CITY OF REIDVfOOD <br />CITY TO SAN W~TEO COUNTY TITLE COMPANY OF <br />PROPERTY DEED TO THE CITY OP REDWOOD CITY <br />FOR DELINQUENT TAXES, ETC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of Redwood City has a title to the <br />real property hereinafter described by a deed from IffiLLE L. <br /> <br />MIRAMONTES as City Collector, which deed was executed for de- <br /> <br />linquent taxes and public improvement assessments; and said <br /> <br />real property, has been redeemed by San Mateo County Title Company <br />from the state of California to which a deed had been executed <br /> <br />by the County Tax Collector of San Mateo County for delinquent <br /> <br /> <br />taxes, and this City Council has agreed to permit a redemption <br /> <br />of said real property from said City of Redwood City for an <br />aggregate sum of TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00) DOLLARS, which agree- <br />ment is embodied in a judgment or decree of the Superior Oourt <br />of the State of California in and for the County of San Mateo <br /> <br />in an action by said City of Redwood City versus All Persons <br /> <br />etc. No. 30834; <br /> <br />RESOLVED that said City of Redwood City convey to San <br /> <br />Mateo County Title Company all interest of said City therein <br />except any claim or lien under the Improvement Act of 1911, <br /> <br />and that the Mayor and the City Clerk of this City be and they <br /> <br />are hereby authorized to execute a deed to said corporation for <br /> <br />and on behalf of said City; the propert'JT herein referred to is <br /> <br />sit~ate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state <br /> <br />'of California, and is partictUarly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1 and 12, and Lots 2 and 5 in Block 11 <br />of Sweeny's Addition as shown and delineated <br /> <br />1. <br />
