<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N No. 1/31 <br /> <br />TRANSFER OF PROCEEDS OF SALE OF OLD PUBLIC <br />LIBRARY SITE TO SPECIAL FUND paR POST-WAR <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Old Public Library site at the Southwest- <br /> <br />erly corner of Broadway and Jefferson Avenues in this City, has <br /> <br /> <br />been sold for Twenty Seven Thousand Five Hundred ($27,500.00) <br /> <br />Dollars, a portion of the purchase price. for which has hereto- <br /> <br />fore been paid and the balance is payable on February 28, 1946; <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of this City, that the sale <br /> <br />price thereof, as and when received by this City, shall be and <br /> <br />the same is 'hereby transferred from the gen~ral fund to the <br />Special F\lnd for Post-War Capi tal Projects, heretofore estab- <br /> <br />li~hed by Ordinance No. 498. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and <br />adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City,at a regular <br />meeting thereof held on the 15th day of Uctober, 1945, by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br />AYES and in favor of the passage and adoption of the <br /> <br />foregoing resolution: Councilmen: ANDERSON, AR~STRONG, BRITSCHGI <br /> <br />FLETCHER, GR1-\NGER, McNULTY and IvlAYOR HILTON <br />NOES and against the passage and adoption of the fore- <br /> <br />going resolution: Councilmen: NONE <br /> <br />Absent: CoUncilmen: NONE <br /> <br />~..~~ <br /> <br />W.
