<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No. 'Y/f I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DIAGRAM OF ASSESSMENT UNDER <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION No. 1945-2, AND DESIGNAT- <br />ING NEWSPAPER FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF FILING <br />ASSESSWiENT AND TIME FIXED FOR HEARING THEREON. <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City, County of <br /> <br />San Mateo, state of California, that the diagram of assessment under <br /> <br />Resolution of Intention No. 1945-2, passed and adopted by the Council <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City on the 5th day of March, 1945, as said <br />diagram has been prepared by CHARLES E. RANDLETT, Acting City Engineer <br />of said City of Redwood City, and submitted this 7th day of January, <br />1946, be and theoome is hereby adopted as the diagram of the assessment <br /> <br />for the work described in said Resolution'of Intention No. 1945-2, <br /> <br />which Resolution of Intention No. 1945-2 is now on file in the office <br /> <br />of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City, and to which reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for a description of the work herein referred to; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the Ci ty of Redwocd <br /> <br />City, County of San Mateo, state of California, that the Redwood,City <br /> <br /> <br />Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and circulated in said <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, be and the same is hereby designated as the news- <br />paper in which to publish the "Notice of Filing Street Assessment and <br />of Time Pixed for Hearing Thereonrt for work done under said Resolution <br /> <br />of Intention.No. 1945-2 of said Council hereinabove referred to. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of January, 1946 by <br />the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen: An(flerson, Armstrong, Brltschgl, Fletcher, <br />Granger, McNulty, and Hilton. <br /> <br />NOES: Councilmen: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ABSID~T: Councilmen: <br /> <br />tfone <br /> <br />U1. ~~ <br />Mayor of ~fh.e i ty of Redwood Ci ty <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />4,1 /JlZp~c> <br /> <br />Clerk bf the Crty of Redwood City <br /> <br />I hereby approve the foregoing Reso1~ ~s~~~uary, 1946. <br />Mayor of the City of Red~ood City <br />
