J.KING, Inc. <br />was the highest and best bidder for said property, in accordance with a <br /> <br />notice of sale thereof; <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, "be it resolved that in consideration of the <br />sum of Five Hundred One ($501.00) Dollars payable upon delivery-of a <br />'deed of said" property, the City of Redwood C1 ty convey to said M..
