RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO.2.rf AUTHORIZING A DEED FROM THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO HARRY H. WIENER OF PROPERTY REDEEMED FROM TAX DELINQUENCY. WEEREAS the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY prior to the year 1940, Q,cquired the title to the real property hereinafter described for delinquent taxes and assessments and thereafter obtained from the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of SanN~te6, a decree establishing the title of said City to said property in ap action in said, Court No. 31 116, there- after, to-wit, on April 26, 1943, said property was redeemed by Harry H. 'Wiener from said tax delinquencies and the sum of Fifty Two and 28/100 ($52.28) Dollars was ,then paid to this City and a certificate of redemption was issued to said Harry H. Wiener and a deed 1s required to consummate said certificate of redemption; RESOLVED, that the City of Redwood City convey to Harry H. Wiener all the right, title and interest of said City in and to the Real property hereinafter described, subject to the delivery and cancelation of Bond No. 103 of Series J 11 for a sewer assessment, and that the Mayor and City Clerk of this City be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a deed in accordance herewith for and on behalf of said City. The. property herein referred to is situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California and particularly described as follows: Lot 16 in Block 8 as shown on that certain map entitled "Lenolt Redwood City - Calif- ornia" filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, said State, on May 7, 1925 in Volume 12 of Maps, at pages 30 and 31.
