<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 291 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING QUITCLAIM DEED FROM THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY TO FRANK W. DELUCCHI AND VELDA <br />M DELUCCHI, HIS WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ralph C. MacArthur, as Tax Collector of the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, heretfore sold the real <br /> <br />property hereinafter described for delinquent taxes of the County <br /> <br />of San Mateo, and the City of Redwood City has received full <br /> <br />satisfaction of its lien for taxes and assessments against said <br /> <br />propert~ prior to the fiscal year 1945-46: <br />RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />that upon payment to said City of taxes, interest and penalties <br />on the re~l property hereinafter described for 1945-46, and <br /> <br />the payment and surrender to said City of Bonds Nos. 163 and 164 <br /> <br />Series J-ll, local improvement assessment bonds and assessments <br /> <br />Nos 1751and 1752 diagram No M-5, issued August 3, 1931, and the <br />payment of Whirty-five Dollars (~p35.00) as a reasonable charge <br />for the services of this City in obtaining a decree quieting title <br />to said property, said Council does hereby authorize the execution <br /> <br />of a Quitclaim Deed'from said City to FRANK W. DELUCCHI and <br /> <br />VELDA M.,DELUCCHI, his wife, as Joint Tenants, except for any <br /> <br /> <br />claim or lien under the Improvement Act..of 1911, and directs <br /> <br /> <br />the Mayor and City Clerk of said City to execute such deed for <br /> <br /> <br />and on behalf of said City. The property herein referred to is <br /> <br /> <br />situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State <br /> <br />of California and particularly described as. follows: <br /> <br />The Southeasterly one-half (1/2), front and rear <br />measurements of Lot 96, and the Northwesterly one-half <br />~1/2), front and rear measurements, of Lot 97, as shown <br /> <br />1. <br />
