JAm~SENJ HIS WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ralph C. MacArthur, as Tax Collector of the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, state of California, heretofore sold the real <br /> <br />property hereinafter described for delinquent taxes of the County <br /> <br />of San Mateo, and the City of Redwood City has received full <br /> <br />satisfaction of its lien for taxes and assessments against said <br /> <br />property prior to the fiscal year 1945-46; <br />RESOL,,TED by the Ci t-:r Council of the Ci ty of Redvvood <br /> <br />City that in consideration of the premises, said City Council <br /> <br />does hereby authorize the execution of a quitclaim deed from s,.aid <br /> <br />City to said Christopher B. Jap~sen and Viva L. Jahnsen, his <br />wife, of all interest of said City in said real property herein- <br /> <br />after described, except any claim or lien under the Improvement <br /> <br />Act of 1911, and directs the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute <br /> <br />such deed for and on behalf of said City. <br /> <br />The property referred to is situated in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, State of California, and particularly described as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 23 in Block 1 as shown on that cert~in map <br />entitled "Map of Hooper and Cunningham Subdi- <br />vision of a Part of Lots 28 and all of Lots <br />30 and 32 of the Vvooster, Whi tton and IvIontgom- <br />ery's Subdivision of a Part of the Redwood <br />Farm Redwood City, San Mateo Co.
