ICING, Ine. he s agreed to remove the cast iron existing7Water~ain from that portion of Lot 14 of Sweeny Ranch particularly described in that certain deed of easement from the City of Redwood City to said M. J. KING, Inc., dated June 17th, 1946 and attached hereto; and VV1IEREAS the dedica tion of an extension of Spring street southeasterly through a portion of Lot 14 of Sweeny Ranch and the reconstruction of a portion of said cast iron water main therein obviates the necessity or propriety of retaining said easement; RESOL"'lED tho t the Council of the Ci ty of Redwood Ci ty does hereby authorize the execution of a Deed of Easement and release of a portion of an easement described in a deed from California Pacific Title & Trust Company, a corporation, to the City of Redwood City, dated January 20, 1931 and recorded in the Office of the County nec0rder O.r the County of' San Ma teo in Book 513 of Official Records at page 95 which is particularly described in the said deed of easement attached hereto; FURTHER RESOLVED tha t the Ivlayor and Ci ty Cl erk of this City be and they are hereby authorized to execute such conveyance for and on behalf of this City.
