RES 0 L U TI ON No. 324 ACCEPTING A DEED RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the hereunto annexed deed dated the 14th day of May, 1946, and made between DANIEL R. STAFPORD and ISABELI1l. M. G. STAFFORD, his wife, the parties of the first part, and the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, the party of the Second Part of that certa.in property in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, said state, particularly described as follows: Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 in Block 39 as shwon on that certain map entitled ffMap of Red- wood Highlands Redwood City San Mateo Co. Cal." filed in the office of the County Recorder, said county and state on August 20, 1913 in Book 9 of Maps at pages 6 and 7 be and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Redwood City and the Clerk of this Council is hereby ordered to have the same re- corded-in the office of the County Recorder, said County and state, the acceptance thereof subject, however, to the conditions stated in said deed hereto attached. The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the Council of the Oi ty of Rec1wc.od Ci ty a t a regular meeting J thereof held on theJ 20th day of :May, 1946, by the following vote: AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing Resolution: Councilmen: ARMSTRONG, BRITSCHGI, GRANGER McNULTY, SWIFT, vVERDER and HILTON.
